The aim of the Beginner and Intermediate Course is to develop and retain the basic knowledge and skills to become a great professional.
The 1-to-1 pizza making course, held in Dublin, at Ireland’s first professional pizza making academy is what you need to start your career in the industry. We place great emphasis both on teaching skills and on building the confidence of each learner. This is a practical course led by pizza chef Mihai Hogaș – Master Pizza Instructor – who has spent thousands of hours in the kitchen as an Executive Pizza Chef, holds graduation diplomas from prestigious academies in Italy (such as the Pizzaioli Academy, where he was a trainer and examiner) and who, above all, has a great love for his profession.
